The Level I Dealer Program is designed for Dealers who wish to develop asset management as an independent service business. The Level I Dealer Program includes:
AssetWIN® Software
The foundation for success in the asset management business is not only reliable software, but software designed specifically for the application it is automating. AssetWIN® was developed after performing millions of square feet of fixed asset inventories and is used extensively by Asset Systems' staff of Project Managers in conducting customer inventory services. Its flexible design enables the Partner to address a wide variety of asset management needs, eliminating the need to customize for every client situation. This flexibility allows the Dealer to concentrate on generating new sales, without the need to support custom solutions, resulting in higher profit margins.
DataCAP Software
AssetWIN is fully integrated with bar code technology and all data capture tasks can be performed through the reader. Asset Systems DataCAP Software, DataCAP, resides in the reader hardware and allows the most complex of inventories to be performed electronically. DataCAP supports multiple types of inventories and can be customized through its exclusive use of data attributes, without software modification. Currently, Asset Systems supports the Symbol PDT3100 and LDT3805 bar code readers.
Training
Because Asset Systems' Dealer Program is oriented towards developing and growing a business, the program includes two comprehensive training programs, Project Management and Sales & Marketing Training.
Project Management Training
Provides in-depth knowledge of operating AssetWIN® and DataCAP. Selected dealer personnel are provided four days of training, with emphasis on the inventory process. Preparing for an inventory, the field inventory process, generating final reports and data files, plus ongoing database maintenance and rescans are covered. Training is normally conducted at the Dealer's facility and is customized to accommodate dealer personnel. Training also includes a field inventory exercise, which if possible, is the start of a client inventory. Project Management Training is a required element of the Level I Dealer Program.
Sales & Marketing Training
Covers marketing strategies, qualifying prospects, consultive selling techniques, project scope development, project pricing, proposal generation and contracting issues. A Sales & Marketing Reference Manual provides a comprehensive review of the asset management sales cycle. Materials include project scope development guidelines, project pricing issues, sample proposals and contracts, plus marketing materials.
Support Programs
Continually committed to providing quality services, support from Asset Systems includes technical support covering the software products, program enhancements, project management support for personnel performing and maintaining client inventories, and sales & marketing assistance in selling asset management services.
