Maximizing Your Resources
Pools of available assets are easily created in AssetWIN Reserve. When an up-coming project requires specific product the reservation pool is instantly queried to determine availability. At the component level, product searches can be performed on a single data field or multiple fields, such as manufacturer, model number, product group(s), dimensions, fabric colors and/or finishes. The search results list all matches along with available totals. Quantities of appropriate products are quickly reserved to the project. AssetWIN Reserve also supports a workstation search, providing the quantity of complete workstations that can be built from available product.

When a project is ready for installation a pick list report is generated. Product reserved is listed by location and presented in bar code format, automating the picking process for increased accuracy and reduced labor. A number of reports are provided with AssetWIN Reserve, each designed to keep you instantly updated on product availability.
